Some new rules are to be introduced in the post office from April 1. Customers with India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) will be charged more for depositing and withdrawing money. 4. If you have a non IPPB account you can do 3 free transactions. This rule is for mini statement, cash withdrawal and cash deposit. 5. Apart from this Rs. 5 will be charged for fund transfer. All account holders have to have a minimum balance of Rs.500 in IPPB. If the minimum balance is not in your account, an additional charge of Rs 100 will be levied.
